1. Patience. I am so thankful for patience. Without it I would be a sucky mother. I didn't really have much before becoming a mother, but since… I can sit and read the same book over and over and over again, and even enjoy it. I can diligently keep putting my toddler back in his bed 100 times a night without losing my mind. Oh, and thanks to patience, I am capable of not slapping big mouthed parents who love to offer unsolicited crap advice.
2. The Park. That place is gold! After an hour at the jungle gym of awesomeness my kid is happy, calm, and easy to put to sleep.
3. A Partner in Crime. Every parent needs a break and a little help from time-to-time, so a great partner in crime or family/friend to step in is key. I am so thankful I have such a great partner in crime...Even if he causes trouble in the process...
4. My Blog Readers. I love you. Some of you have become dear friends. Some of you have helped me through tough times. Some of you make me feel like I am an awesome mom, and some make me feel like I am not alone when I stumble. All of you are so wonderful. Without you I would be lost some days, especially on the ones I need encouragement and support. Thank you.
5. My Apple. My computer is my window to the world. Sometimes I feel like it is a time machine that takes me away to far away place, which is epic, because sometimes I desperately need that.
6. The DVR. Having all of Ollie's favorite shows ready to play is EPIC! When I need a break, on comes Mickey Mouse.
7. A Sense Of Humor. Thank God I can laugh at myself and my kid. I can't imagine always being stressed, serious and my own worst parenting enemy.
8. Washing Machines. I'm here to tell you if I had to wash clothes by hand, we would be a naked family. The amount of laundry a toddler can make is redonkulous, then add in me and FTD... hells no I am not doing that much by hand!
9. Bribes. That's right, I said it, I bribe my kid. In fact, I bribe my kid all of the time to get him to behave, eat something, go somewhere... whatever I need, a mini M&M, hot wheel, iPhone App... will make it happen.
10. Baby Wipes. They are, in my opinion, the greatest invention for parents, EVER! I can clean my house, my son's ass, the cats ass, the car, the shopping cart, the door knobs, my phone... there is nothing those things can't clean up!
What's your parenting lifesaver?

Awwww. You're one of my favorite people I've never met in real life. xoxox!
I love to bribe my 5 year old i must admit. It just seriously makes things so much easier. Great blog by the way.
im a new mom with a 1 year old… i wake up in the morning still breastfeeding and can't go anywhere without her. I love my little adorable bundle of joy but my husband says i look like a scarecrow. I need help!!!
Love you too!!! I hear ya on the other 9 for sure!!
Awwww, I love your outlook on parenting and love reading your blog.
I love wet wipes too. After my older kids grew up, I no longer bought them and when I had my youngest son I quickly remembered how awesome they are. They clean up everything. I use them to wipe off the kitchen table, bathe my youngest son when he gets super messy and we don't have time for a bath, pick up the dogs messes in our house, and so much more. I don't think I will ever give up wet wipes, they are the best even without a baby or toddler in the house.
