In honor of this wonderful life changing day, I am going to give you ten reasons why you should move your ass! That's right, I said it. However, for those of you who have no desire to move your ass with me, that's fine (Read: Whateves. You will be jealous in 30 days.) I promise I am not turning this blog into a self righteous weight loss blah... blah... blah... journey.

I love the motivation quotes, thank you for sharing.
Does it count if I don't manage the 30 minutes walking but partake in an hour long Street Dance lesson, followed by an hour long 70's Disco Dance lesson? (We're trying out, since it's a free taster session and all, can't really say no to that can you?)

Well. I failed. On day one. I walked to work (as usual). But then instead of walking for 30 minutes at lunch, which was my plan, I went and got a pedicure a block away. And then ordered food for delivery. And then I had to take a cab to make my train on time. So I was negative walking time. BUT. I did have to run inside the train station to catch my train. Does that count?
