Miley Cyrus 2013 MTV Video Music Awards... Shameful or Sexy? #VMAS

It has been nearly 12 hours since Miley Cyrus's performance on the 2013 Video Music Awards, and I am still afraid to uncover my eyes.  Seriously, I had nightmares all last night of twerking strung out teddy bears trying to murder me with foam fingers.

All I have to say is, Miley, WTH?  Seriously, WTH were you thinking?  You are brilliant, and gorgeous, and have so much going for you.

I positively LOVED when you came out rocking your style and tats and said, I'm 20, this is me, love it or leave it! But... after all of that why on earth would you go all strung out white trash singing about dancing with Molly on MTV and with teddy bears?  Who does that?  Sorry. BUT! I really think you took it waaaaaay toooo far!

I will NEVER look at Teddy Bears, You or Foam Fingers the same.  Ever. In fact I'm going to have to throw Robin Thicke in that mix too.  I'm pretty sure they had to blur out the top half of his pants once you were finished with your lap dance.

What do you think? Striptease or stellar performance?  Too much for TV?  Is this a sign of the times?  Would you let your teenager watch this?
