7-Days of Healthy + Yummy One Pot Wonders
The last thing I want to do on a Sunday night, or any night for that matter, is dishes. I need to spend my evening on the couch preparing for the week ahead, not getting dish-pan hands! Which is why, every Sunday, I make a one-pot meal in my dutch oven.
One-pot meals are super easy to make and clean up after. All you do is throw some ingredients in a pot, pop on the lid, stir occasionally, then serve. The best part is the kitchen is clean before I even serve dinner!
While looking for inspiration for this week's one-pot wonder, I was beyond amazed at the one-pot/pan options available. I was so inspired, I thought, why only make one pot meals on Sunday? Why not make one-pot meals all week?
It was hard to pick, but below is how I plan to spend the entire week making, one-pot wonders. From shrimp, to chicken, to sausage, and beef, this below meals have so much flavor and variety, it's hard to believe it's going to be so easy to cook and clean up after them.
