WAY more than you ever needed to know!

The beautiful and wonderful Lily at It's a Dome Life tagged me in a post asking me to answer a few questions about myself.  Besides the fact that I adore Lily and would do near anything to make her happy, I like answering questions, so I am more than happy to oblige. Plus, I ask a lot of questions so it's only fair I answer a few myself. So here goes...

(WARNING: You may find this ass-numbingly boring to read. Proceed only if you have NOTHING else to do.)

  1. Where were you born?  HOLLLLLLYWOOOD  Baby!!  Hollywood Florida that is.  That's right, the dirty dirty south.
  2. Were you named after someone?  Yes. My name is April... WRONG! I was not born in April, nor was I named after the month. My mom and sister are completely to blame.  My mom wanted to name me "Chance." She never found out my gender while she was pregnant, so she said there was a 'chance' I was a boy and a 'chance' I was girl. Yeah, my mom was a total hippy. My sister LOVED the name of a girl in her kindergarten class and begged my mom to name me April if I was a girl. Honestly, I think I would have preferred Chance.
  3. How many children do you have? Two if you count my husband.
  4. How many pets do you have? Two if you count my husband. I have a long haired Maine Coon cat named Professor Dumbledor.
  5. Your worst injury?  Letting my feelings get hurt by a douche bag.
  6. Do you have a special talent? When I was pregnant I could clear out a movie theater with my rancid ass gas. Other than that... Anything I put my mind to I can accomplish.
  7. Favorite thing to bake? Well... in college I enjoyed clambaking my roommate... I don't turn on the oven. The fucker burns me every time.
  8. Favorite fast food?  Gyros!
  9. Would you bungee jump?  Does a bear shit in the woods? Been there done that.
  10. What is the first thing you notice about people? Their best asset. Seriously.  I always look for the best in a person. Even if it is surface at first, eyes, smile, hair, shoes, watch...
  11. When was the last time you cried? Last night. I read the saddest story about a three year old boy with Cancer.
  12. Any current worries?  Nope. Philippians 4:6-7; Don't worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. 7 If you do this, you will experience God's peace, which is far more wonderful than the human mind can understand.  Seriously try that shit out... it totally works! ; )
  13. Name three drinks you drink regularly.  Coffee. Water. Red Wine.
  14. What's your favorite book?  The Purpose Driven Life.  I read it whenever I need to recenter.
  15. Would you like to be a pirate?  Hell No. I could not stand to be stuck on a boat with my husband, son and a bunch of other dudes.  I would lose my bloody mind!
  16. Favorite smells. Gardenia and Lavender.
  17. Why do you blog.  Because I have entitlement issues.  I honestly believe people want to hear what I have to say.
  18. What song do you want played at your funeral.  Bossy by Kelis.  Unless before I die someone writes a song about a Sassy Ass.
  19. What is your least favorite thing about yourself.  Even though I say I don't... I give a shit what people think about me.
  20. Favorite Hobby.  Writing.
  21. Name something you have done that you never thought you would do.  Become a mother.  I never thought I would have children.
  22. What do you look for in a friend.  Loyalty
  23. Favorite fun things to do.  Fly on airplanes across the world. I have the itchiest feet.  I drive by the airport and wish I was on one of the planes.  I don't even care where it is going.
  24. Pet Peeves.  Disorder. Dirty Diapers. Dumb asses
  25. What's the last thing that made you laugh. FTD. My husband is the funniest person I know.

Now I am supposed to tag a bunch of bloggers to answer these questions.  So here goes...

I tag everyone reading this.  Pick one or all of these questions to answer.  Write up a post and let me know you did it, or just leave a comment and tell me about you.
