Wordless Wednesday-The WOW factor!

For one reason or another, all of these things made me say WOW!
I hope they will do the same for you....

WOW.

I bet this would work on SO many things!!

NO Helium? NO Problem!
Place vinegar in bottle, a little baking soda in a balloon, then place the balloon over the bottle, when the baking soda falls from the balloon into the vinegar the ballon will fill-up from the gas!

 Homemade Mosquito Trap

Materials:

1 cup water

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 gram of yeast (1/7th typical packet)

2-liter plastic bottle

Directions:

1. Cut the plastic bottle in half.
2. Mix brown sugar with hot water. Let cool. When cold, pour in the bottom half of the bottle.
3. Add the yeast. No need to mix. It creates carbon dioxide, which attracts mosquitoes.
4. Place the funnel part, upside down, into the other half of the bottle, taping them together if desired.
5. Wrap the bottle with something black, leaving the top uncovered, and place it outside in an area away from your normal gathering area. (Mosquitoes are also drawn to the color black.)

Change the solution every 2 weeks for continuous control.

This really works!  Paper towel will do the trick too.

put water in a bowl and drop random colors of nail polish in it. Stir it with a toothpick. Put petroleum jelly on your fingers, so that the nail polish only gets on your nails. Then you stick your fingers in the bowl.
I may be too old (35) to rock this, but maybe two or three colors in a similar shade....
WOW!
