Being that I live in a cold climate where I'm trapped inside for the winter months, keeping the air clean and free of pollutants can be a challenge. Thankfully, I have a little help from nature.

According to NASA, there are 18 houseplants that are fantastic natural air purifiers. And would you believe, one of the best is Gerber Daisies? Here's how those pollutants affect humans...

According to NASA, the following 18 houseplants are the best indoor air purifying plants with a legend to match the plant to the toxins it's destroys!.

Here are the plants with 'real' photos.

The following is a sort of cheat sheet to find which plant will be perfect for your space.

How many houseplants do you have on the list? I'm seriously going to try to get half the list before December 1st.  I'll let you know how that works out for me...
